11 Homepage
Muskoka is Ontario’s cottage country and is backboned by Highway 11. Camping, fishing, boating, and swimming are popular at Muskoka’s numerous chalets, cottages, and resorts.
Muskoka is also the most populated stretch of Highway 11. Barrie and Orillia have approximately 200 000 people, while populations in cottage country towns swell with the onset of summer.
In my opinion this isn’t the best part of the site since it was done last and is less remote (read: less interesting) than Temiskaming, James Bay, or Thunder Bay. But it’s still very much worth a read and very much worth a visit.
