Highway 11 Homepage
Rainy River is the end of Highway 11, making it the world’s longest continual street.
The Rainy River district of Highway 11 provides scenic drives with access to some of the most unspoilt wilderness on the journey, including Rainy Lake and Quetico Provincial Park. This is also the least populated part of Highway 11 – Fort Frances and Atikokan are its only major centres, and between them have barely 10 000 people.
I have not travelled this portion of Highway 11. If you have, please email me at info (at) highway11 (dot) ca if you are willing to provide information on the communities in this section, especially if there any I have missed in the map below.
